BARKAN HOT YOGA - developed by Jimmy Barkan, finds its roots from a lineage in Calcutta, but also integrates postures from other styles of Yoga to create variations and even greater range of motion. The yoga classes are practiced in a heated room to stretch and strengthen various areas of the body. The practice brings vital balance and restores all systems to optimal health. Consistency will create a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that will be felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life. This is a perfect class for beginners.

HOT 26 - is a series of 26 yoga poses done in a room heated up to 100 degrees and is designed for all levels. The sequence of postures, combined with the heat, strengthens and detoxifies your body, relieving neuromuscular tension. This class will strengthen your organs, glands and nervous system, while moving fresh blood through your entire body, restoring all systems to a healthier working order. This is a perfect class for beginners.

ALL LEVELS VINYASA - an all levels yoga class that focuses on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement to the breath. It incorporates seated and standing postures as well as inversions and meditations. The teacher will offer modifications for beginners to advanced yogis. In this class you will gain strength and flexibility and peace of mind.

WARM VINYASA An all levels yoga practiced in a room heated to 90 degrees. This class will focus on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement to the breath. It incorporates seated and standing postures as well as inversions and meditations. Modifications will be offered for beginners to advanced yogis. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and peace of mind

HOT POWER VINYASA - Hot Power Yoga is a demanding class that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! True to its name, this class will build core strength as you deepen alignment, focus on breath, and move through challenging sequences. Set to music in a heated, climate-controlled studio, Hot Power Yoga will strengthen, balance, detoxify and exhilarate both body and mind.

YIN YOGA - The focus for this class is more on the connective tissues that form around our joints. While gently stretching this tissue by holding poses for long minutes,we rehabilitate our joints. YIN YOGA is a deeply-relaxing yoga class where students practice breathing and letting go in passive postures. Yin Yoga poses are held for longer durations of 2-10 minutes. This allows a progressive opening of the connective tissue as well as the softening of the muscles as you breathe deeply and relax. Yin practice is of great benefit for athletes and those with tight muscles and limited range-of-motion. It is also deeply restorative and stress-relieving for both mind and body. Yin Yoga can be safely practiced by those with most physical injuries or limitations.

WARM ENERGIZE & ALIGN - This all levels class is an alignment focused flow class. It will increase your understanding of transitions between postures (asanas) & deepening alignment through breath work (pranayama). This class includes a short dharma talk to set your intentions and will also focus on energizing your postures through some vinyasa. Beginners welcome, modifications will be offered if needed.

RESTORATIVE YOGA - is perfect for those newer to yoga, who have injuries or chronic pain, or just prefer a slower pace. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation, and each restorative sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions. The practice facilitates deep release in connective tissue, calms the nervous system, and leaves you feeling nourished and restored. 

WARM POWER YOGA - Ready to sweat? This rigorous yoga class is ideal for building core strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Power Yoga Hour is a dynamic and challenging Vinyasa based series. Practiced in a climate-controlled, heated studio, this class will build solid yoga fundamentals and a strong core, allowing you to elevate your yoga practice to a new level. Set to music, this class will challenge and invigorate your entire body in 60 minutes.

WARM YIN YOGA - The focus of this class is to allow a progressive opening of the connective tissue through slow movement and longer holds. The room is heated to 85 degrees to facilitate the opening of tight muscles. This practice is of great benefit for athletes and those with tight muscles and limited range-of-motion and can be safely practiced by those with most physical injuries or limitations.

BARRE BURN - Based on the "Lotte Berk Method" and some classic principles of Joseph Pilates. Barre Burn is a fusion of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and stretching. This unique barre class had the potential to reshape the mind, body and spirit. A class where you use your own body weight, primarily, as the resistance, and a barre which is fixed to the wall for your leg and glute work. These exercises promote not only strength but flexibility and long, lean functional muscles. Studio will be heated at 90 degrees.
